The Importance of Engineering to be Compliant

Many customers ask if they should get their greenhouses permitted.  Our position is this, we believe it is smarter to be as compliant as possible on a State level.  No one wants to be in the middle of their project and get red flagged do to simple compliance issues such as permitting.

Having said that, some people may find it advantageous to get the engineering done, build their structures, and keep their paperwork in order for retro-active permitting if ever needed, which is the route most of our CA customers who do not run dispensaries and do not require to be 100% compliant take.  

Most all states make retro-active permitting easy as many people buy property that has had additions built by the previous owners.
