SHIPPING TIMES: Shipping times for greenhouses and custom built steel framing is estimated at 14-21 days from date of order and is subject to receipt of payment. Please call for more complete information. 775-241-4351
Shipping on smaller in stock items are guaranteed to be shipped within 2 business days from receipt of payment.
RETURN POLICY:
GREENHOUSES AND DELIVERED ITEMS: The return policy varies depending upon the product ordered. For Greenhouses, please check out our exclusive PGS 7 year Wind-Proof Guarantee, 60 psf Snow-Load Guarantee, and PGS manufacturer’s limited warranty, and any return conditions specific to your order (on your contract).
Items, products and components not originally manufactured by Portable Greenhouse Systems (PGS) are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty (if any) and return policy(ies) if they apply.

SHIPPED ITEMS: Items that have been shipped from Portable Greenhouse Systems (PGS) and that are not elsewhere covered by a different return policy (see above) are covered by a 30 day, money back guarantee; to return an item, call 775-241-4351 or email PGS at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization Number, then, simply mail, postage pre-paid, the item to the address provided in the “shipped from” portion of the invoice or packaging slip along with the returned item and a brief explanation containing (1) the Return Authorization Number) and (2) why the item is being returned and your money will be refunded to you within 15 days. The 30 day return policy is defined as 30 days from the date the item was shipped from Portable Greenhouse Systems (PGS).
